Hollins Brook is a regional main contractor working across the Midlands and South Wales. We build schools, care homes, extra-care schemes and social housing for local authorities, housing associations and a handful of private developers, with an annual turnover of around £120 million.
Typical projects run between £3 million and £25 million, procured through regional frameworks and mostly delivered under JCT Design and Build. We have offices in Birmingham, Nottingham and Cardiff and around 300 directly employed staff, plus a supply chain we have worked with for years.
We started in 1988 as a groundworks business in Walsall. Considerate Constructors scores and repeat clients matter more to us than headline growth.
