Responsabilités

visit four to six clients across a Saturday or Sunday shift

help with washing, dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping, working from each client's individual care plan

Prérequis

no previous care experience required

a full driving licence, since visits are spread across the city

English B2, good enough to follow a care plan and chat comfortably with clients

Conditions

part-time weekend pattern

a paid induction, with new starters paired with an experienced carer for the first two weeks

€2,000–2,300 gross per month for the weekend pattern, mileage covered between visits

Across Dublin and the surrounding county, we look after older adults who want to stay in their own homes — scheduled visits, live-in care placements and a small community nursing team. The company started in 2011 and now employs around 130 nurses, healthcare assistants and coordinators. Most of our clients have been with us for more than two years. Every care plan is reviewed every six weeks by a named coordinator rather than a call centre, and each carer keeps a consistent list of six to ten households instead of a different address every shift.
