Responsabilités

build and run sourcing campaigns for both technical and non-technical roles

screen candidates against role scorecards agreed with hiring managers up front

keep time-to-offer under four weeks for standard roles

run a candidate process that people speak well of even when they do not get the job

coach hiring managers who have never interviewed before on how to run a fair, useful interview

Prérequis

1-3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment

comfort running full-cycle hiring with limited process to lean on

English C1 (Dutch is not required)

Conditions

this role handles candidate personal data under our data protection obligations and occasionally involves same-day scheduling changes when a hiring manager's calendar shifts

€3,000-3,800 gross per month

hybrid with one office day a week in Amsterdam Oost
